Spice Bpo Services is located at 381, West Guru Angad Nagar, which is right in the middle of the Laxmi Nagar area. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know how packed the streets are and how hard it is to find parking. Our building is a bit hard to find if you aren't looking closely, but it’s there at number 381. We’ve got a few floors where everyone sits with their headsets on. It can get pretty loud when everyone is talking at once, but you get used to it after a couple of days. We don't have a cafeteria, so we mostly order food from the local stalls nearby or bring tiffins from home. The smell of parathas is usually stronger than the smell of the office supplies in the afternoon. The 110092 pin code area is famous for being busy, and our office is no exception. We stay late quite often because the work just keeps coming in. It isn't a glamorous job, and the office lighting is a bit too bright sometimes, but the people here are good. We joke around during the slow moments and help each other out when someone gets a difficult customer. It’s a very human place to work. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just try to get through the queue and finish before it's time to head home.
