Spice Bpo Services is located over in Vikas Puri, specifically at House No 15 in Site-Ii. This part of New Delhi has a lot of energy, and our office is right in the middle of it. It is an old house that we converted into a workspace, so it has a different feel than those big glass buildings you see in Gurgaon. We have people coming in for different shifts, so the place is rarely empty. Dealing with BPO work means there is always a lot of chatter and the sound of headsets being moved around. Vikas Puri is a residential area mostly, so we have neighbors living right next door. We try to keep the noise down, but it is a busy operation. The street outside can get a bit cramped with cars, but that is just Delhi for you. Inside, it is just rows of desks and people focused on their tasks. We don't have any fancy break rooms or cafeterias, just a spot to grab some water or tea between calls. It is honest work and we have a good group of local people working here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We just focus on getting through the daily queue of work and making sure everything is logged correctly before we head home. It is a simple, no-nonsense environment where everyone knows what they need to do.
