We work out of an apartment in Meghdoot, specifically Flat A604 in Dwarka Sector 7. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We have our computers set up and we spend most of the day on headsets. It’s not a big call center with hundreds of rows of chairs. It’s a small operation. We started here because it was easier than renting a big office. We handle all sorts of service calls and data work. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all have to wait around, which is annoying. But mostly, we just stay busy. Dwarka is a good place to live and work. There are plenty of shops nearby for when we need a break. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come to the door, you're just walking into our workspace. It’s very informal. We wear what we want and we work hard. People who work here are mostly from the neighborhood or nearby sectors. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the apartment building. The lift is slow sometimes, but that’s fine. We are just a small team trying to get the work done for our clients. We aren't looking for fame, just trying to keep the computers running and the calls answered. It's a living, and it keeps us all on our toes. We have tea together in the kitchen when things get a bit too much.
