We operate Spice Bpo Services out of a flat in Rohini, specifically Flat No.302, Pocket A-1, Sector-6. It’s a residential part of Delhi, so it doesn’t feel like a typical business district at all. We have a few computers set up in the main room and some headsets for the staff. It’s a small operation, so you won’t find hundreds of people here like in those big call centers in Gurgaon. We mostly handle back-office stuff and some customer calls for different clients. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though it can get noisy when everyone is talking on the phone at once. We’ve been in this Sector-6 location for a while and the neighbors know us. We aren't using any fancy tech or expensive office furniture. Everything we have is practical and gets the job done. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of work to catch up on, and we usually just order some food from the local shops nearby. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in the flat, but we make it work. We don't have any big signs outside or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know where we are. It’s just a group of us working hard to keep things moving. We don't really bother with any of that corporate talk. We just focus on the folders and the screens in front of us every day and try to get the work done.
