Our office is on the ground floor at A2A/183 in Janakpuri, New Delhi. Being on the ground floor means we are right in the middle of everything happening on the street. Spice Bpo Services has been here for a good while, and we have a routine that works for us. It is a typical BPO environment, so you will hear a lot of people talking on phones and the sound of typing all day long. The space is a bit tight with all the desks and equipment we have squeezed in, but we make it work. Janakpuri is a busy place with a lot of houses and shops mixed together. We don't have a fancy entrance or a big waiting area. People just walk in and see us at our stations. Sometimes the noise from the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but we just turn up the volume on our headsets. We take our breaks at the small tea stalls nearby or just stand outside for a bit of air. The work is mostly just handling data and calls that come through the system. We are not trying to be a huge corporate entity; we are just a local office doing our bit. Some of us have been here for years and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hands. We just focus on the tasks and try to get everything done correctly.
