We are located over in Indrapuram Colony in the Partapur area of Meerut. It is a bit of a commute for some of us, but we have been working here for quite a while. The office is basically just a big room with a lot of headsets and desks. We handle a lot of calls and data work for various clients. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking at once, but you get used to the noise after a week or two on the job. Meerut is a busy place, and Partapur has a lot going on with all the businesses and warehouses around. We usually start our shifts early in the morning. Some of us bring lunch from home and eat together at the back desks. The building is standard, nothing too modern, but it works fine for what we do. We mostly just focus on the tasks assigned for the day. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living and working here. We do not do anything fancy. It is just a lot of computer work and talking to people on the line. We keep track of everything in big spreadsheets. It is a steady job. Most of the staff live nearby in the colony or just a short bus ride away. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It is just a regular workplace.
