We are located at Rz-19 on Dayal Sar Road in the Part-III section of Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. Our office is a busy place where there is always something going on. It’s a BPO, so you can imagine the rows of desks and the constant hum of people talking on their headsets. It’s not a quiet or fancy environment, but it’s where we do our work every day. The building is just a standard one on a very busy road. Outside, Dayal Sar Road is always packed with people, rickshaws, and delivery bikes. We’ve been here for a good while and have become part of the local scene. We don’t use any of that corporate "mission" or "vision" talk. We just show up, put on our headsets, and handle the tasks that come our way. It’s a hard-working atmosphere and we don't pretend it's anything else. We have a small area where we take our breaks and drink tea while chatting about the day. Sometimes the equipment acts up or the power fluctuates, which is just part of working in this part of town. We just deal with it and keep moving. Our team is made up of regular people from around the city who are just trying to do a good job. We like the energy of Uttam Nagar, even if it gets a bit overwhelming at times. It’s an honest, busy place to be, and we are right in the heart of it.
