Spice Bpo Services Ltd is found at D 489, Street 15/C in New Delhi. It’s a bit of a tucked-away location, but it works for us. The office is a very basic setup because we don't see the point in spending money on things that don't help us do the work. We have rows of desks with computers where we handle customer service and data tasks. It can get a bit hot in the summer months, but the fans keep the air moving enough for us to stay focused. Street 15/C is one of those narrow Delhi lanes that is always full of life, from delivery bikes to people just walking by. We don't have a big corporate story to tell or a mission to explain. We just show up, do our shifts, and go home. The work is steady and it requires a lot of attention to detail, so we try to keep distractions to a minimum. Most of us have worked here for a while, so there is a familiar rhythm to the day. We take our breaks when we can and usually grab a snack from one of the local vendors nearby. It’s not a glamorous environment, but it’s real and it’s where we spend our time. We don't need any promotional slogans to know what we are doing. It's just a regular BPO office in a regular street.
