We are located on the ground floor at 22/23 AB in Tilak Nagar, which is a very busy part of New Delhi. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know how crowded the streets can get with shoppers and traffic. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for our staff to get in and out, especially during the shift changes. We spend our days inside the office, which is a bit of a different world from the noisy street outside. Working in a BPO means the clocks are always running, and there is usually something happening at all hours. We have our desks set up in a way that maximizes the space we have. It’s not a huge, sprawling campus, just a functional workspace in a lively neighborhood. We deal with a lot of different tasks throughout the week, and the energy in the office stays pretty high. We just focus on our daily targets and try to keep things running smoothly without too much fuss. There is always someone at the front desk and the hum of the computers is constant.
