Spice Bpo Services Limited is tucked away in F-14-Y of the Dda Flats in Ekta Enclave. It is a residential area in North Delhi, 110033. Because we are in a flat, it does not feel like those huge call centers you see in Noida. It is much smaller. We have desks squeezed in where they fit. The wires for the computers are a bit of a mess under the tables, but they work. We handle a lot of calls and data work here. Sometimes it gets quite loud when everyone is talking at once, and the neighbors probably wonder what we are doing in here all day. The stairs leading up to the office are a bit narrow. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea and lunch. It is a regular job for us. We get in early and usually stay until the work is finished. There is no big lobby or a receptionist at a marble desk. You just walk in and see us working. The area around Ekta Enclave is mostly families, so it is relatively quiet outside compared to the main roads. We have some regular people who have been working here for years. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done. It is a practical way to run things without all the extra stuff you don't really need for a BPO.
