We are located on Street Number 8 in Talk Nagar, New Delhi. It’s a pretty typical street for this area, with a mix of houses and small businesses all packed together. Our office is in one of those buildings that looks like all the others on the block. Inside, there are rows of desks and people wearing headsets for most of the day. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just the nature of what we do here. We’ve got a small break area where the fridge makes a weird noise, but it keeps our drinks cold enough. Most of us take the metro or find a spot for our scooters nearby, which is always a bit of a struggle in the mornings. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. It's just a place where people come to work their shifts and then go home. We deal with a lot of data and phone calls, so there’s always a bit of stress when the systems go down, but we usually manage to fix things pretty fast. The lighting is that bright office kind that makes you want to squint after a few hours. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. It’s just a functional space where we try to keep things organized and handle the tasks we’re given each day.
