We are located in Janakpuri, at Wz-191 on the second floor of Street 4 in Virender Nagar. It is a typical BPO setup but on a more local scale. We have rows of computers and headsets everywhere you look. Working in a BPO means the office is rarely quiet. There is always the sound of someone talking to a customer or the hum of the air conditioner trying to keep the servers cool. Janakpuri is a large area, but our little corner in Virender Nagar feels like its own small community. We have been in this building for a while, and the second floor is where all the action happens. The stairs are a bit narrow, so we have to watch our step during the shift changes when everyone is rushing in or out. Most of our staff are from around this part of New Delhi, so the vibe is very local. We are not some giant corporate campus with a gym and a cafeteria. We have a small break area where we eat our tiffins and talk about the day. It is hard work, and the hours can be long, but it is a living. We focus on getting the calls handled and making sure the service is steady. It is just a regular group of people working hard in a busy Delhi street. We try to keep the atmosphere friendly so the shifts go by a bit faster.
