Spice B.P.O (Modi Group)

We are out here at Spice B.P.O, which is part of the Modi Group. Our office is located in Sanik Enclave Part-3, specifically in the C.R.P.F Colony at Rz-131, Jharoda Kalan, New Delhi-110072. It’s quite far out from the main city center, near the border areas. It’s a bit of a trek for some of us to get here, but it’s a quiet place to work. The colony is mostly residential and has a lot of security because of the CRPF presence. Our building is a simple structure where we handle all the BPO work. There are rows of computers and headsets everywhere. It’s always buzzing with the sound of people talking on calls or typing away. We take our breaks in the small area outside. There aren't many big shops around, so we usually bring our own lunch or get something from the small local stalls. It feels very different from the corporate parks in Gurgaon or Noida. It’s more grounded and basic. We work in shifts, so there are always people coming and going at odd hours. The road to Jharoda Kalan can be a bit bumpy, but we’ve gotten used to it. We just focus on the targets and the data we have to process. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't need a lot of luxury, just a good connection and a place to sit. We’ve been here for a good while now.
