Spice Bpo (Indian Airlines)

Spice Bpo (Indian Airlines) is based at F-149 in Vishnu Garden, New Delhi-18. This part of New Delhi is mostly residential, so our office sits right among the houses and local shops. It’s not a huge corporate park. F-149 is just a regular building on a busy street in Vishnu Garden. We spend a lot of time on the phones and computers, which is the nature of Spice Bpo. It gets pretty loud inside when everyone is working at once. The area outside has a lot of motorcycles and people walking to the market. We don't have a cafeteria or anything, so we usually just grab something from the nearby stalls or bring lunch from home. The Indian Airlines connection is part of what we do here, but the office itself is very plain. We have our desks lined up and some old filing cabinets in the corner. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but we make it work. Vishnu Garden has a specific feel to it, and we are just another part of the daily life there. Being in New Delhi-18 means we are a bit far from the main city center, but it’s where we are established. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done every day. It’s a lot of routine, but that’s just how the BPO life goes for us here in our F-149 office.
