Our Specific Organisation For Tourism & Services is based in Sahibabad Village, specifically at House No 740. This is in the Ghaziabad district, quite a distance from the main tourist hubs of Delhi. We like it here because it feels more authentic. The village is always full of life, with movement in the street and kids playing nearby. Our office is just a couple of rooms in a local house. We don't have a fancy website with drone footage or anything like that. Instead, we have people who come in and sit on the plastic chairs to talk about their travel plans. We handle a lot of different services, from booking tickets to helping with local paperwork. The walls are a bit bare, and we use old-fashioned ledgers for a lot of our tracking. It’s a very manual way of doing things, but it works for us and our customers. Ghaziabad can be a bit chaotic, but Sahibabad has its own rhythm. We don't have any corporate slogans or big promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Sometimes the rain makes the village roads difficult to navigate, but we always open the doors on time.
