We are located in Rajouri Garden, specifically at C-7 in Vishal Enclave. Most people know us because of the Mainland China restaurant here. It is a very busy spot in New Delhi. We are not just a restaurant though. This is also where we handle a lot of the business side for our group of restaurants. The office is part of the same building. It is always smelling like good food, which is a nice bonus for the staff working upstairs. Rajouri Garden is a very active area with lots of shoppers and traffic. We have been in Vishal Enclave for many years now. The team here works on menus, supplies, and managing the staff across different branches. It is a lot of coordination to keep things running smoothly. We do not have a fancy corporate office downtown because we like being right where the action is. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the restaurant is full of people, but we do not mind. We have our meetings in a small back room. It is practical and keeps us connected to what is happening on the floor. We do not use big management terms here. We just talk about what needs to be fixed or ordered for the next day. The staff here is like a big family. We have seen many people start here and grow over the years. We just try to keep the quality steady.
