Operating across U.P. means we see a lot of different people and places. We have our main setup here where we handle the food business side of things. It’s a lot of work keeping track of kitchens and supplies across the state. In the mornings, we’re usually checking the deliveries of fresh vegetables and grains. Some days are just chaos with ovens needing repairs or staff not showing up, but that’s just how the restaurant world goes. We aren't a fancy corporate office with glass walls; it's more about the smell of spices and the sound of clinking plates. We deal with local vendors all over Uttar Pradesh, so our phones are always ringing. It’s a tough business to be in, and we spend a lot of time on our feet. Sometimes we try new recipes and they don't work out, so we go back to the basics. People here like their food a certain way, and we try to stick to what they know. We don’t have a big marketing department, just us trying to make sure the food tastes right and the tables are clean. It’s a lot of long hours and late nights, especially during the wedding season. We just keep going, trying to manage the different locations without losing our minds. It's a simple life of feeding people and making sure the bills get paid at the end of the month. We aren't perfect, but we try hard every single day.
