You can find our office at A-95 in Chander Vihar. We are situated right near the Kali Mandir in I.P. Extension, New Delhi -110092. It’s a pretty well-known landmark, so people usually don’t have much trouble finding us. Special Holidays Travel Pvt Ltd is basically a small team of us sitting in a modest office space. We don't have a big flashy sign or anything, just a simple nameplate. Most of our day is spent on the phone or clicking through travel sites to find deals for people. It’s a lot of tedious work, but someone has to do it. The office is a bit small, and when we have more than a couple of customers inside, it gets tight. We have some old posters of mountains and beaches on the walls that have been there forever. We don’t really go in for modern office design. We just need our computers and a working phone line. Chander Vihar is a busy area, and there’s always something happening outside our window. We’ve been here for years, so we know the local tea sellers and the other shopkeepers around. We just try to keep things simple and honest. If a trip is going to be expensive, we tell people straight. We aren't here to give a polished sales talk, just to help get the bookings done. It is just a regular job for us.
