Sparsh

Our place, Sparsh, is located at H.No T-115 in Old Nangal, which is right inside the Delhi Cantonment area. Because it is a military zone, everything is very orderly and the roads are quite clean compared to the rest of New Delhi. We have been here for some time and the building is just a regular house that we use for our business. It is a quiet neighborhood where you can hear the birds in the morning instead of just car horns. Most of the people living around here are connected to the army or have been here for decades. We spend our days going through our tasks and keeping things organized on our shelves. There is a small market nearby where we go to get our lunch or some tea. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, it is just a couple of us making sure everything runs smoothly. The weather gets very cold here in the winter because of all the open space and trees, so we usually have a small heater running near our feet. We keep our paperwork in order and answer the phone when it rings. It is not a complicated business and we don't try to make it sound like one. We just do the work that needs to be done and go home to our families in the evening.
