Sparsh Bpo Services

You can find us at B-630 in Jwalapuri, which is right over in Paschim Vihar. The office is a bit of a trek for some of us, but we have made it our own. Sparsh Bpo Services is not a massive operation with hundreds of people. It is just a solid group of us in this building in New Delhi-87. The street outside can get quite messy when it rains, and parking is always a bit of a gamble. Inside, we have our headsets and monitors all set up. It is a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that is the nature of what we do. The desks are pushed close together to make room for everyone. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for breaks. It is not a polished environment with glass walls. It is more practical. We deal with calls and data all day long. Sometimes the system is slow, and we just wait it out. Most of us live nearby or take the bus. We do not have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a list of things to get through before we can go home. It is a straightforward way of working. We show up, we do our hours, and we try to do a decent job for the folks we talk to.
