Our office is located near Chandra Garden in Rajokri, right here in New Delhi. We’ve been running this BPO setup for some time. It gets pretty loud in here with everyone on the phones, but that is just how the day goes. We handle a lot of calls and data work for different people. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills for the staff. The location is okay, though the traffic near Rajokri can be a pain during the rush hours. We have a mix of young kids starting out and some older folks who have been here for years. We just try to get through the daily targets without too much fuss. There isn't any fancy lounge or expensive coffee machine. We mostly just have our desks and our headsets. Sometimes the internet acts up, like it does everywhere in Delhi, and we have to wait it out. It's a regular workplace. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just take the calls and do the data entry as it comes. If you walk past Chandra Garden, you'll see our building. It's a practical place for practical work. We’ve got a good group of people who show up and do their part every day. That’s about all there is to tell about us. We’ve been in this building for three years now and it fits us.
