You can find us at Laxmi Nagar, specifically at F-144, E/3. This part of New Delhi is always buzzing with people and traffic. Our office is a BPO, which means we spend a lot of time on the phones and headsets. It’s a pretty standard setup with rows of desks and people talking all at once. It can get quite loud during the peak hours, but we’re used to it by now. The air conditioning is always running because the computers and the people make the room warm pretty fast. We have a mix of young folks and some older staff who have been here since we opened. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some notices and the occasional photo. Our days are scheduled around shifts, so there’s always someone coming or going. We handle all sorts of customer queries and back-end tasks. It’s honest work that keeps the lights on. Sometimes the shifts are long and the work is repetitive, but we have a good group of people who make it better. We usually grab tea from the vendor downstairs during our short breaks. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just here to do a job and help the people who call in. It’s a busy life in Laxmi Nagar, and we’re just one part of the many businesses trying to get things done every day.
