We’re located at 2608/1 in the Shadipur Main Market, right across from West Patel Nagar. If you know the area, you know it’s a pretty lively spot with a lot of shops and people moving around. Our office is a busy place too, being a BPO. That basically means Sparsh Bpo Services Limited spends shifts answering calls, typing out emails, and handling data for other companies that don't want to do it themselves. It’s a lot of headset-wearing and staring at multiple monitors. The air conditioning is usually blasting because the computers get so warm. We aren't trying to be the most sophisticated office in Delhi. We have some older desks and the kitchen area is always a bit messy with lunch boxes, but it’s where we get things done. The staff here is a mix of young folks starting out and some older hands who have seen it all. We don't have any scripted "about us" stories to tell. We just show up, log in, and try to keep the queues from getting too long. It can be a bit repetitive, but there’s a good sense of camaraderie among the team. We talk about our weekends during breaks and complain about the traffic on the way in. It’s a normal office doing practical work in a very busy part of New Delhi. We’re just part of the local furniture here in Shadipur.
