We have our office at House Number 116 in Durga Vihar, Phase 2. We are located right near the Friday Market in Najafgarh, which is a very lively part of New Delhi to be in. When market day comes around, the whole street is packed with stalls and people, making it a bit hard to get to the front door. Our building is just a regular house that we’ve converted into a workspace for our BPO services. We have rows of computers set up and people working on different tasks throughout the day. It is not a flashy office with modern furniture or a big reception desk. It is mostly just us at our workstations with our headsets on. We handle a lot of different types of work, from talking to people on the phone to entering data into our systems. The air conditioning is a must because it gets very stuffy in the rooms when everyone is working at once. We have a small break area, but most people just eat at their desks or go outside for a bit of air. The 110043 area has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over the years. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just putting in the hours and making sure the work is done properly. Some of the staff have been here for a long time and we have all gotten used to the way things run. It is a decent place to work.
