Sparsh Bpo Gurgaon

This is basically a small setup for Sparsh Bpo Gurgaon, but our actual physical base is in Mehrauli at house number 280/2. It’s Kaushik Biswas’s place, and he stays here with Khemchand. Mehrauli is a very old part of New Delhi, so the lanes are narrow and it feels very different from the glass buildings in Gurgaon. We do BPO work, which means a lot of time spent on the phone or the computer, but we do it from this residential spot. It’s not a corporate office with cubicles and a water cooler. We just have our desks set up in a way that works for us. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but that’s just how it is living in a colony like this. We have to travel back and forth to Gurgaon quite a bit for meetings, which can be a real pain with the traffic on the Mehrauli-Gurgaon road. But having this home base helps keep things manageable. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We usually just order something from the local dhaba or cook something simple in the kitchen. It’s a very low-key way of running things. We just focus on getting the work done and keeping our clients happy without all the extra office drama you find in the bigger companies. It is just us doing our thing in a quiet corner of Delhi.
