Sparsh Bpo-Air India Process

Our office is located in Rajaokari, tucked away at Manju’s place, which is care of Mr. Suresh Kumar. It’s a BPO setup handling the Air India process, so the phones are pretty much always going. The village area of Rajaokari has its own rhythm, and we are right in the middle of it. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the city center. It’s more of a practical space where we sit with our headsets on for hours. Some of us commute from quite far, so the morning rush is always a topic of conversation near the water cooler. We have desks squeezed in, and there is usually a lot of chatter because everyone is talking to someone on the line. It gets a bit cramped when the next shift arrives before the old one leaves, but we make do with the chairs we have. The air conditioning sometimes struggles when it’s really hot outside, but nobody complains much. We just focus on the screens and the calls coming through. Suresh Kumar’s place is easy to find once you know the landmarks in the VPO. We eat our lunch in small groups, usually sharing whatever we brought from home. It is just a regular workplace where people show up, do their time, and head back to their families. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the calls moving.
