Spanco Bpo

We are based out of New Delhi, specifically in the 110028 area. Spanco Bpo is basically just a group of us sitting at desks with headsets. It’s a lot of talking and typing all day long. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular workplace with a lot of cables and chairs. We deal with a lot of customer questions and data. Some days are longer than others, especially when the systems are slow. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. It's a job where we answer calls and try to help people figure out their problems. The coffee machine breaks down more than we’d like. We have a lot of young people working here, so there’s usually some chatting going on during breaks. It’s located in a part of Delhi that’s pretty easy to get to. We’ve been operating for a while now under this name. We don't have a big marketing team. We just focus on the work in front of us. Sometimes it’s stressful when there are too many calls coming in at once. We just take them one by one. It’s a practical way to earn a living. The air conditioning is okay, but we still prefer the winter months when we can open the doors. We just keep things running as best as we can without making a big fuss about the whole process.
