Spanco Bpo Services Ltd.

Spanco Bpo Services is over in Vasant Village, which is right by Vasant Vihar. We are near the R&R Hospital, so there is always activity around us. Being in house number 84, we have a bit of a unique spot compared to those big call center parks you see in other cities. It feels more like a part of the neighborhood here. We have folks coming in for different shifts at all hours of the day and night. It is a BPO, so the phones are always ringing and people are always talking. It can get a bit loud, and sometimes the air conditioning struggles when the Delhi sun is really hitting the roof, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some high-tech futuristic hub. We are just a local office providing jobs to people in the area. We have a small break area where we sit and talk about cricket or the weather. The work is steady and it keeps us busy. We don't have any of those mission statements on the walls. We just have our headsets and our computers. It is a lot of work but we have a good group of people who have been here for years. We just keep our heads down and handle the calls as they come in. It is not always easy but it is honest work and we are proud to have such a dedicated team here in Vasant Village.
