Span Air

Span Air has its ground floor office at M-94 in Saket, New Delhi. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and it’s a pretty convenient place to be. We aren't a massive airline with thousands of planes. We're a smaller operation, and we like it that way because we can actually keep track of what’s going on. The office isn't anything fancy; it's got a few chairs, a couple of computers, and some maps on the wall. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating flights and making sure everything is lined up with the pilots and the ground crew at the airport. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or technical stuff, and those days are pretty stressful for everyone. We try to be honest about what’s happening instead of giving people a runaround. It’s just how we were raised to do business. Saket is a nice area, though parking can be a real headache if you come at the wrong time of day. We usually just walk to the local market for lunch and talk about the next day's schedule. We don't have any big mission statements or posters about being the number one choice. We just try to get people where they need to go without too much fuss. It's a lot of logistics and checking lists over and over, but that's what the job requires from us every single day.
