Spaghetti Kitchen

We are up here on the second floor of Centre Stage Mall in Sector 18. Noida is always busy, especially around this area, but we managed to find a spot at Geoffreys 1-6A. It is not a huge place, just a kitchen where we spend most of our day making pasta and trying to keep things running. Honestly, some days are louder than others because the mall gets quite a crowd on weekends. We started this because we like food and Noida needed more places where you can just sit and eat without it being too fancy. Sometimes the sauce splashes or the orders come in all at once, but that is just how it goes in a kitchen. We have been at this address for a while now. Most of the staff here live nearby, so we know the local shortcuts and which shops are good for supplies. It is a bit of a climb to get to the second floor if the lifts are slow, but people find us eventually. We do not have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just the kitchen, some tables, and the smell of garlic and tomatoes. If you are walking around Sector 18 and looking for something to eat, you will probably see our sign. It is just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out. We are not trying to be the most famous spot in the world, just a reliable place for a meal.
