Spaghetti Kitchen

Spaghetti Kitchen is run out of C-13 Yammuna Apartment. We are right by Holi Chowk in the Devli area of New Delhi. It is mostly a residential spot, so it does not feel like those crowded commercial districts. We like being near the chowk because there is always some energy around, especially when there is a festival. The apartment is where we do everything, though it is mostly just a lot of standing on our feet and working hard. We spend almost all our time in the kitchen area. It gets really hot in there when the stoves are going. We do not have a huge staff, just a few people who know how to get things done. If you walk by, you might see us carrying bags of supplies in or cleaning up the front area. Yammuna Apartment is easy to find if you ask anyone in Devli for directions. We have been in this spot for a while and we know most of the neighbors now. It is a busy life, but we like the routine. We do not use any fancy tools, just the stuff that works. Sometimes we run out of shelf space for the ingredients, so we have to be clever about where we put things in C-13. It is a small operation and we just focus on the food and being ready on time. We just keep at it day after day.
