Our office sits at 13A/79 in the Karol Bagh area, which is always busy with shoppers and traffic. If you know the W.E.A section, you know how it gets during the day. We have been working out of this spot in Karol Bagh for a good while. The space is filled with files and old maps of different routes. Most of the time, the phones are ringing because someone wants to know about a bus or a train. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It’s just a travel office where we sit down with people and figure out their itineraries. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a whole family walks in to plan a trip. We have a few chairs for visitors and a lot of paper everywhere. Karol Bagh has its own rhythm and we are just a part of that. You might find us drinking tea while looking over some ticket details. We don't use any fancy systems, just the usual computers and a lot of talking. People come to us because they know the address and they know we will be here from morning until the market starts to close up. It is a simple life of looking at schedules and making sure the dates line up right. We don't have a big sign outside, just enough for you to find the door. We just focus on getting the tickets printed and the dates confirmed for everyone who stops by.
