Southern Travels

Southern Travels is set up at 633, Lodi Complex, right on Lodi Road in New Delhi. Even though the address says Haryana 110003, we are very much a part of the local Delhi scene. The Lodi Complex is an older building, so it has that solid, slightly dusty feel to it. Our office is just one of many in the block. We have some maps on the walls and plenty of chairs for people who come in to talk about their trips. It’s a busy road outside, so there is always the sound of cars and buses going by. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to mask the traffic noise. The windows are a bit small, but they let in enough light to see what we are doing on our desks. We’ve been here for a while, so we know the other people in the complex quite well. It’s a friendly enough place. The furniture is a bit mismatched, with some newer chairs mixed in with the old wooden ones we’ve had since the start. We don't worry too much about the decor as long as we have a place to sit and work. People from all over the city drop by because Lodi Road is a central spot. We just keep things moving, handling one booking at a time and making sure the paperwork is sorted out.
