Southern Travels Pvt. Ltd. is based in New Delhi at H.No: 2989-1 E 1. We are in Ranjeet Nagar, which sits within the Patel Nagar area. Our office is in a building that looks a lot like the houses around it, so it has a very local feel. We aren't some giant travel conglomerate with a glass skyscraper. It’s just us in a regular room with some computers and maps on the wall. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans for a long time now. Most of our work involves booking tours and arranging transport for groups or individuals. Since we are in a busy part of Delhi, there is always the sound of traffic and people talking outside. We have a few staff members who have been with us for years. We don't use any fancy sales talk when people come in. We just show them the options and tell them what it will cost. It’s a very straightforward way of doing business. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a family comes in to plan a big trip together. We have to pull out extra chairs and clear the desk. We do a lot of repeat business with people from the Patel Nagar area because they know where to find us. It’s a steady, daily grind of checking dates and making sure the bookings are confirmed. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
