We've been at this spot in Street 16 for a while now. Southern Travels is based right here in Ranjeet Nagar, which is a busy part of Patel Nagar. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get things done. Mostly we deal with people coming in to figure out their trips or asking about tickets. New Delhi is always crowded, and this area is no different. You'll find us at 2989/1E1. It’s easy to miss if you aren’t looking for the sign. We spend most of the day on the phones or talking to folks who walk in off the street. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there's a lot of paperwork to go through. It’s just a regular travel office. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, more shops opening up and more traffic every month. We try to keep things simple here. No big speeches or anything like that. Just a group of people working together to handle the bookings. Sometimes the internet goes slow, or the tea runs out, but that’s just how it is. If you’re around the Patel Nagar area, you probably know where Street 16 is. We’re usually here from morning until the evening. It’s a long day sometimes, but we’re used to the routine. Not much more to say about us really. We just keep the doors open and do the work that needs doing. It is what it is.
