You can find us at 34/6 on the first floor in Ashok Nagar. It is a busy area of New Delhi, and being on the first floor means we hear a lot of the street noise. Southall Travel has been operating from this spot for a while. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow. Inside, we have our computers and several phones that never seem to stop ringing. We book a lot of international flights. Many people come in asking about prices for trips to the UK or the Middle East. We don't have a big corporate setup. It is more like a local shop where you can sit and talk about your travel plans. Sometimes we are under a lot of pressure when fares are changing fast. We just try to find something that works for the person sitting across from us. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some calendars on the wall and old posters of airplanes. We drink a lot of coffee to stay alert. Ashok Nagar is a good location for us because it’s easy for people to reach. We don't do any flashy marketing. Most of our business comes from people telling their friends about us. It’s a practical business. We show up, we find the flights, and we help with the paperwork. It’s not complicated, just a lot of work every single day. We like helping people get to where they need to be.
