Southall Travel

We are located at 5387, Laddu Ghati in Pahar Ganj. If you know Pahar Ganj, you know it’s one of the busiest and loudest places in New Delhi. Southall Travel is right in the middle of that madness. Our office is on a narrow street where there are always bikes and people moving past. It’s a small, functional space where we spend our days booking international flights and sorting out visas. The noise from the street never really stops, so we have to talk a bit louder than usual. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some old computers that somehow keep working. There’s always a faint smell of street food coming through the door, which makes us hungry before lunchtime. We don't have any fancy decorations, just some calendars on the wall and piles of flight printouts. It gets very busy during the peak travel seasons, and the office can feel quite small then. People from all over the world walk past our door every day. We don't try to be anything we’re not; we’re just a busy travel desk in a crowded part of town. It’s a bit messy and the floor is never perfectly clean, but that’s just how it is here. We focus on the tickets and the travelers, making sure people get where they’re going despite the chaos outside. It's a tough location but we've been here for a long time.
