Southall Travel

Southall Travel is tucked away at 2800, Gali Arya Samaj. If you know Delhi 110006, you know how crowded it gets. Our place is right there in the middle of all that noise and energy. It’s a narrow street but people find us. We’ve been at this spot for a good while. Most days we are just sitting at the desks, looking at screens and talking to people about where they need to go. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time. We aren't some big call center. It’s just a few of us here. We know the area well. Sometimes it's a bit chaotic with the traffic outside, but that's just part of being in this part of town. We don't have a fancy lobby. People just walk in, sit down, and we talk. We try to keep things simple. No big promises, just getting the tickets or whatever else is needed done. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It helps pass the time when things get slow. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go from this address. Every day is a bit different, depending on who walks through the door. We just do our bit and go home. It's a solid little office in a very old part of the city. We've been through a lot of summers here without much air conditioning.
