Our office is located at Rz, C-5A in Anoop Nagar, which is part of the Jeewan Park area in New Delhi. It is a busy little corner of the city. We have a small space here where we handle a lot of travel bookings. Every day is mostly the same thing, which is answering phones and looking for flight prices on the screen. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork piled up, but we manage. We aren't one of those big corporate offices in a skyscraper. We are just a local team working out of a regular building. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a chance to have some tea. People from the neighborhood often drop by to ask about ticket prices to different places. We spend a lot of time explaining the different options and trying to find something that fits. It is a lot of looking at calendars and flight numbers. The desks are a bit messy with sticky notes and pens that usually don’t work when you need them to. We just keep going through the list of things to do. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we’ve gotten to know the regular travelers around here quite well over the years. We just show up and do the work every day.
