Southall Travel is situated at A 94/Ii in Hari Nagar, right by the Clock Tower in New Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know how busy the Clock Tower area can get. It’s always full of people and noise, which we’ve grown used to over the years. Our office is right in the thick of it. We spend our days helping people with their travel needs, mostly booking flights and trying to find the best routes. It’s a lot of sitting at the computer and talking on the phone. The office isn't very big, and it’s usually filled with the sound of the street outside. We have stacks of brochures and old calendars on the walls. It’s not a polished corporate environment; it’s just a working office where we get things done. Being in 110064 means we see a lot of local residents coming in to ask about trips to see family or for work. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what the prices are and what’s available. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the power cuts out, but that’s just life in Delhi. We just wait it out and get back to work when we can. It’s a simple business, really. We’ve been here at this Hari Nagar spot for a while now, and we just keep doing what we know how to do, day in and day out. We hope the traffic outside isn't too bad for people coming to visit us.
