Our place is in the MIG Flats at Maya Puri, specifically C-18/A in the G-8 area of Rajouri Garden. It’s a residential-feeling area but we operate out of here every day. We’re mostly on the phone or on the computer looking at flight schedules and ticket prices. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with airlines and trying to figure out the best dates for people who want to travel. The office is small and filled with printouts and calendars. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights; it’s more of a functional space where we get the booking work done. People usually call us or drop by if they live nearby to discuss their trips and visas. New Delhi traffic can be a nightmare, so we appreciate it when people make it over to see us in person. It’s a straightforward job—we look at the screen, find the flights, and handle the payments. There’s no mystery to it. We’ve been in Rajouri Garden for a while now and we know the area well. It gets a bit cramped when there are more than three people in the office, but we make it work. We aren't trying to sell a dream; we're just helping you get from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s just us and our computers in this little flat, staying busy during the holiday seasons. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized with all the bookings.
