Our place is on the second floor of H-1/104 in Vikas Puri. New Delhi is a huge place, but this bit of Vikas Puri is where we set up. It’s a climb up the stairs to get to us. We’ve got a small office here where we spend most of our time on the phones. There are maps on the wall and a lot of notebooks scattered around. We deal with travel bookings, and it’s a lot of typing and checking dates over and over to make sure nothing is wrong. It gets pretty loud when all of us are talking to customers at once. The air conditioner works most of the time, which is good because it gets stuffy in the afternoon. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees, just a handful of us trying to keep up with the emails. Sometimes we lose track of time and end up staying late to finish a booking. There's a little market nearby where we grab snacks. We don't have fancy uniforms or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure the tickets are printed correctly. It’s a basic office setup. We’ve been here at this address for a while and people in the area know where to find us if they need to travel. There’s a lot of traffic on the road outside, but we just stay busy inside.
