We spend a lot of time on the phones here near Saket. It gets pretty loud sometimes because everyone is trying to figure out their flights or asking about prices to London. It is just a normal office, honestly. We have some desks, a few old computers, and a lot of paper everywhere. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that is the highlight of the afternoon for us. People walk in off the street asking for directions more than they ask for tickets, but we help them out anyway. It is busy in this part of New Delhi. You have to deal with the traffic just to get to work, then you sit here and talk to people about going away to much quieter places. We have been at this address for a while now. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know who likes their coffee black and who takes three sugars. It isn't anything fancy. We just try to get the bookings right so nobody gets stuck at the airport. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to apologize to everyone on the line. It is just how it goes. If you come by, you will see us mostly typing away or looking at schedules on the screens. Saket is a good area, plenty of places to grab lunch nearby, which is nice when things get stressful with the holiday rushes.
