Southall Travel Ltd.

Southall Travel Ltd has been operating out of New Delhi for quite some time now. Our office is in the 110059 zip code area. It’s a typical Delhi setup where space is tight and everyone is always busy with something. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few old travel posters from years ago. The main thing we do here is help people figure out their trips and get their tickets sorted. It involves a lot of looking at screens and talking on headsets to customers. It can get a bit monotonous after a few hours, but we like the people we work with. The office has that constant hum of computers and people talking all at once. It’s definitely not a library. We don’t try to act like we are some huge international company when you walk in. We’re just a bunch of people who know how to book a flight and find a decent hotel. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of tea, and we just deal with it. It’s a practical place. We focus on the details of the tickets and the dates to make sure nobody gets stuck. People come to us because we’ve been at this a while and we know the ropes. We don’t need a big marketing pitch. We just show up, sit at our desks, and do the work. It’s a regular day-to-day business for us.
