We are located in Mahipalpur Extension, specifically at 245, 6B/4-K Block. Being near the Friday Market means it gets really crowded once a week, but the rest of the time it is just the usual New Delhi buzz. Southall Travel Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a while now. We handle a lot of inquiries about flights and trips, mostly from people in the neighborhood or those who happen to find our address. It is not a glamorous job, just a lot of checking screens and talking on the phone with different people. The office is not anything special to look at, just a place for us to do our tasks and help people get where they need to go. We have got a few desks pushed together and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. Sometimes the noise from the market makes it hard to hear, but we make do. We do not use fancy talk or try to act like we are more than we are. We are just a small team trying to make a decent living in the 110037 area. There is always someone coming in with a question about a passport or a ticket, and we do what we can to give them a straight answer. It is a lot of repetitive work, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on being there and keeping the lights on in our little corner.
