Our office is in Pandav Nagar, at D190. A good way to find us is that we are near the Mother Dairy in Delhi-92. It is a crowded neighborhood with narrow streets, so you have to watch where you park. We work for SOTC from this little spot. Inside, there are travel posters on the walls and plenty of brochures about different places. We spend most of our time talking to people who want to go on a trip somewhere far away. It is not a giant corporate building, just a local branch where we know the neighbors. The air conditioner works hard during the Delhi summer, and we usually have a stack of files that needs sorting. We do not use any big words or marketing talk here. People just come in, sit down, and we look at the computer together to see what is available. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, so we just chat about the weather or the traffic. It is a very normal way to work. We like being near the Mother Dairy because it is easy to tell people where to go. The day starts early and ends when the last person leaves. We just try to keep the folders organized and make sure the phone is answered. It is a busy life in Pandav Nagar but we are used to it.
