We are based in Chattarpur Enclave in Delhi, which is a place that never seems to sleep. If you’ve ever walked through the lanes here, you know it’s crowded and full of life. Our office is right in the thick of it. We spend our time putting together travel packages and helping people figure out where they want to go for their holidays. It’s a small space, mostly filled with brochures, maps, and computers. It gets a bit messy sometimes with all the paper, but we know where everything is. The staff here are locals, so we know the area well. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights or anything. It’s just a plain office where we sit and work. People often drop by just to ask a quick question about a train or a flight. We don't mind. The tea vendor outside is where we get our daily fix, and there’s always a bit of a buzz in the air. Chattarpur is a bit chaotic, but it has a good energy. We just try to stay on top of the bookings and make sure the itineraries are correct. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking. We don’t use any fancy marketing talk because we don’t need to. We just provide the information people ask for and help them get where they’re going. It’s straightforward work in a very busy part of the city.
