Sotc

We’ve been here at G-18/36 in Sector-15, Rohini for a while now. It’s on the second floor, which keeps things a bit quieter than the street level, even though Delhi can get pretty loud outside. Sotc is basically just us helping people figure out where they want to go next. Sometimes it's a quick trip, other times it’s something big they’ve been planning for years. We spend a lot of time on our computers and phones, checking dates and making sure the paperwork is actually right. People usually walk in with a lot of questions about tickets or hotels, and we just sit down and go through the options one by one. It’s not always fast work because things change so often in travel. We've got our desks set up in a way that works for us. The office isn't fancy, but it does the job. Most days involve a lot of tea and talking to clients who are worried about their flights. We handle the bookings and try to keep everything organized. Delhi is a busy place to run a business, but being here in Rohini feels like home to us. We know the neighborhood well and most people around here know where to find us if they need to ask about a trip. We just focus on getting the details sorted so travelers don't have to stress too much about the small stuff themselves. It’s honest work and we stay busy.
