Sotc (Kuoni Travel India Pvt Ltd)

Our office is tucked away in Trilok Puri, specifically at House Number 226 in Block 14. It’s right on Vasundhra Road, which can be a real mess during rush hour, but that’s just Delhi life for you. Being part of the Sotc and Kuoni Travel group, we spend most of our time dealing with itineraries and bookings, but this particular branch has a very local feel to it. It’s not like those big corporate offices in Gurgaon. We operate out of a regular house structure, which makes it feel a bit more grounded. People from the neighborhood often drop by to ask about trips or just to say hello. The area around Trilok Puri is pretty crowded, and finding our door can be a little tricky if it’s your first time here. Just look for the house numbers in sequence. We have a small team here, so it’s usually quite friendly and informal. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but we manage to keep things moving. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and have seen the road get busier and busier. There’s a tea stall just a few doors down where we usually get our morning chai. It’s a practical setup, nothing too flashy, just a place where we do our daily work and try to help people with their travel plans. It feels like home after a while. The walk from the main road to our house in Block 14 is just long enough to clear your head.
