Sotc Holiday World (Kuoni India Pvt. Ltd.)

Our office is tucked away at D-75B Aruna Park in Shakarpur. It’s a busy neighborhood in New Delhi-92. You have to navigate through some narrow lanes and dodging scooters to get to us. The walls are covered with old maps and a few posters that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or staring at computer screens. Shakarpur is always noisy, so there's a constant hum of traffic and people talking outside the window. We’ve been at D-75B for some time now. It’s not a shiny glass building like you see on TV. It’s a practical space where we handle the small details. People come in looking for advice on where to go, and we just give them the facts we have. We handle the paperwork for SOTC Holiday World and the Kuoni India side of things too. Some days are slow, and we just sit around drinking tea and talking about the weather or local news. Other days, everyone is rushing and the printer won’t stop making that annoying noise. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep and creaky. We know the local chai wallah well and he brings us rounds of tea twice a day. Aruna Park has a lot of small businesses like ours. We don't try to stand out too much. We just do the work that comes across the desk and try to get home safely after we lock the door.
